Returns & product complaints

The following return and complaint conditions apply to returns from the EU countries, Switzerland and the UK.

Returning regular orders

Regular orders cannot be returned.

 

Selected returns & exchanges

Selected items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days, products with an expiry date of more than 12 months can be exchanged for a product of the same category. Exchanges of dissimilar implants must be authorised. Please send your return/exchange request to order@zeramex.com or call us on +41 44 388 36 36 (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00). The customer bears the resulting shipping costs. The general terms and conditions of CeramTec Schweiz GmbH apply. The ALZB of CeramTec Dentalvertriebs GmbH apply to all EU countries.

The Zeramex® guarantee applies to implants and secondary parts. If you wish to complain about a product, please use the following complaint forms.

Please complete the form in full and attach all relevant x-rays and/or clinical images. The products concerned must be sterilised and individually packaged. Complaints must be submitted within 3 months of explantation with a fully completed complaint form. Incomplete complaints or complaints submitted later cannot be considered for replacement.
