Login & Registration

How can I place an order?

If you are already a customer with us, please call us or write to us at info@zeramex.com so that we can send you the access data for your account. If you are a new customer, go to "Register" in the online shop and create an account. As soon as your account has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with your access data. You can then log in and place your first order.

Payment

Can I pay by invoice in the online shop?

The payment method "Payment by invoice" is only available to customers with a billing address in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Customers with a billing address abroad can pay for their orders by credit card or in advance.

Shipping

What shipping options are available to me?

For Germany, customers can choose between:

  • Standard shipping H15N (delivery on the following day) EUR 12.90
  • Express H09N (Delivery the following day between 8 and 10 a.m.) EUR 38.00
