Login & Registration

How can I place an order?

If you are already a customer, please request them by email to info@zeramex.com. If you are a new customer, go to "Register" in the online shop and create an account. As soon as your account has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with your access data. You can then log in and place your first order.

Payment

Can I pay by invoice in the online shop?

The payment method "Payment by invoice" is only available to customers with a billing address in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Customers with a billing address abroad can pay for their orders by credit card or in advance.

Shipping

What shipping options are available to me?

In Switzerland, customers can choose between:

  • Priority delivery CHF 9.50 (delivery usually the following day if the order is submitted by 15:30 p.m.) and
  • Express shipping CHF 21.00 (delivery the following day by 9:00 a.m. if the order is submitted by 15:30 p.m.).
